This week, I brought my RR in for its oil change. I commute to the NE each week - in a ten-year-old truck - with well over 150,000 miles. People ask why do I do this in a Rover - how can it be that reliable? But I always answer in the same way - the team at Discovery assesses the truck with every visit. Things that would otherwise result in a breakdown on I-95 are detected and corrected well before they become a problem. And for that matter, well before they become an expensive problem. Thanks, Dave and Tracy! A great customer experience all around.

This was my first time at Discovery Auto and it couldn't have been better. I purchased my Land Rover LR4, used, back in March 2022. To my knowledge, I assumed that all of the repairs/updates the salesman at the dealership told me were done, but of course they were not. I was initially going to get my car serviced at the dealership, but after confirming the cost for a basic service, I quickly cancelled and called Discovery Auto. They were able to get me in ASAP which was super convenient. They also gave me a good idea of how much it would cost right off the bat. Upon entering Discovery Auto, Tracy was very welcoming and the service team got to my vehicle right on time! Dave immediately came to me when he noticed the last service was over due and explained everything that should be done and why it should be done too AND why you should always ask for a work order when purchasing a used vehicle. I really appreciated his professionalism and advice when it came to my vehicle's condition. Overall, I really got the feeling that Discovery Auto cares about my vehicle as well as me. I will definitely be back!
