The dreaded "check engine" light on my Jaguar XK8, Dave, Tracy and team took care of it for me as always in their trustworthy, efficient, and friendly manner.

Dave and Tracy are pros.

My car was not safe to drive and so I had it towed Sunday evening to Discovery Automotive based on a personal recommendation. The online appointment form and form for night drop off were intuitive and quick to complete. Dave and co were able to take a look at the car first thing in the morning. Tracy called with an update within an hour. Fortunately, it was an easy repair and it was made free of charge. Adequate time was given to make sure the fuel leak issue was fixed. Another potential issue with the vehicle was highlighted and quote given for future important maintenance. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my BMW back the next time it needs service.

This was our first experience with Discovery Automotive for our Audi. We brought it in to diagnose an air conditioning issue and have a regular service. The folks at Discovery kept us informed with what they found, what was recommended, and what could wait/ was not a concern. The final bill matched the quoted prices without surprises and were in line with expectations.

The folks at Discovery went above and beyond in fixing my BMW and even helping me deal with the BMW dealership on a potential extended warranty related item. Plus they were a lot more affordable than the dealer quote. I’ll use them again for sure.
